Monday, September 11th – Arrival 9:00.am. & Dismissal 11:45 a.m.
Tuesday, September 12th – Friday, September 15th Arrival between 8:00 a.m. – 8:15 a.m. and Dismissal 11:45 a.m.
Extended Day (11:45 a.m.- 3 p.m.) and CARES (3-6 p.m.)
Welcome to Preschool Letter
Dear Parents and Guardians,
It is with the greatest pleasure that I introduce myself as your child’s Preschool Teacher. My name is Mrs. Christina Caprice. This will be my 20th year teaching Early Childhood Education. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Cabrini University (Preschool-8th). In addition I hold a Keystone Star License which helps in teaching and understanding Early Childhood classes such as Preschool.
Saint Margaret’s has a special place in my heart since I am an Alumni. I am so honored to be teaching in such a great school and have my son starting Kindergarten in the fall.
My Philosophy in Preschool is learning through play/playing to learn. My belief is to make learning fun with a lot of hands- on activities. It is so important that our children learn these social skills so that they can build a great foundation for life.
We also include a wonderful age appropriate curriculum that includes our religion series, “Seeds”, a weekly letter of the week and theme based program. The students will have fun with our letter of the week and show and tell which will be announced in our classroom monthly calendar. Mathematics, handwriting, science and more will also be in our daily lessons. Our schedule and monthly classroom newsletters will be sent out to you.
Thank you for sending your child to Saint Margaret’s Preschool. I believe communication is a huge key in helping with your child’s academic success. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions or concerns.

Supply List
- A regular sized school bag to carry artwork and folders (no wheels please)
- A personal plastic water bottle/thermos filled daily
- A change of emergency clothes placed in a large ziplock bag labeled with your child’s name. Please include a pair of shoes, socks, and underwear.
- A non-perishable snack and throw away water bottle for an emergency
- A family photo
- 2 reams of copy paper
- 1 package of hand/face wipes
- 2 plastic pocket folders
- 2 plastic containers of disinfectant wipes
- 2 plastic bottle of disinfectant spray
- Class fee $30.00 (cash or check payable to St. Margaret School)
