At St. Margaret School we strive for academic excellence and encourage students to reach their full God-given potential. St. Margaret School provides a challenging and dynamic education for Pre-K 3 to 8th grade students. Our mission is to provide all of our students with a faith-centered and academically rigorous experience, helping them to acquire knowledge and skills that will be useful for their future education and personal development. Our students receive a comprehensive education in Reading, Writing, Mathematics, Science,Social Studies, Religion, and Social-Emotional Learning. Additionally, they receive weekly instructions in Art, Music, Physical Education, Technology, Library, and Spanish.
Middle States Accredited
St. Margaret School is Accredited by the Middle States Association’s Council on Elementary and Secondary Education. MSA-CESS is recognized as a gold standard for measuring and advancing school improvement. This year, during the fall of 2024, MSA-CESS visited and accredited St. Margaret School.
School of Distinguished Instruction
In September 2025, St. Margaret School was again recognized as a School of Distinguished Instruction by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Office of Catholic Education. This recognition is awarded based on our outstanding standardized testing data from Spring, 2024. Our students met or exceeded their potential in all content areas at every level tested and also received acknowledgement for documented growth rates of 76-90% in all content areas at all grade levels.
